Please be aware that online forms are sent via email and may not be secure - If your enquiry includes any specific personal health information please call the practice instead. Our Travel Clinic does not store your personal information - once your enquiry is received and has been acted on your email is deleted from our system. However, if your enquiry relates to a specific health condition your email may be copied into your personal health record.

Parking

There is plenty of parking within Westfield directly outside the Travel Clinic and in the upper levels of parking at that end of the centre. Each of the 3 upper levels offer lift access to the ground floor, opening directly in front of the practice entrance. There are many disabled spaces available on the ground level as well as in upper levels of parking. 

Parking at Westfield is FREE for the first 3 hours. If you hold a disability parking permit you can have your parking extended by taking your parking ticket and disability parking permit to the Concierge Desk on Level 2.
