Management & Administration Team

The administrative team at KFP is the backbone of the Practice. They will always try to assist you in any way possible. If you have any questions about the practice please ask any one of our friendly admin staff and they will do their best to help you out or refer you on to another team member for assistance.

Dr Kim Isaac

Business Manager & Owner

Kim received a PhD qualification in Speech Pathology from the University of Newcastle in 2002. She worked for 16 years as a speech pathologist in public and private practice and as a clinical coordinator and lecturer at the University of Newcastle before taking on the role of Business Manager at Kotara Family Practice in 2009. She has a passion for clinical and business management, innovation and service improvement. She shares the dreams of her husband, Tony, to offer patients exceptional care provided by an exceptional team that really believes in treating people well and keeping them well. Doing our best and looking for ways to make our best better is important to Kim so she welcomes any feedback you may have and will always make time available if you would like to chat about something.

 

 

Megan Wallace

Office Manager

Megan has been working at KFP since we started in 2009. She often shares her time between the front reception desk and administration office, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the practice. Megan is always available to speak with if you have any questions or concerns
