Test Results

From time to time your doctor may order various tests and investigations. The practice will contact you to make an appointment if your doctor would like to discuss the results with you, but it is always a good idea to give us a call a few days after your test to check if your results have returned. Your reception team will be able to tell you if your results have returned, if your doctor has viewed them, and if your doctor needs to discuss the results with you.

Blood and imaging test results are usually returned to your referring GP within 24-48 hours, although some tests may take more time. 

If your GP is away on leave, another GP at the practice will check any incoming results for them and we will contact you if anything needs to be discussed.
